Policy Dialogue Series

The Policy Dialogue Series gathers members of the USP2030 Working Group on Social Protection and Food Systems Transformation and guests to regularly discuss how to strengthen the linkages and synergies between social protection and food systems. Each session is structured around a single central topic proposed in advance by a WG member/organization and is underpinned by three unifying parameters: the Evidence, the Framework, and the Practice. Sessions comprise two components: (1) A publicly accessible webinar and discussion facilitated using the socialprotection.org platform; and 2) An expert discussion session among WG members and key stakeholders to synthesize learnings. The Series allows members of the WG to share insights, gain perspectives, and synthesize evidence, thus encouraging multisectoral and interagency dialogue on nutrition-sensitive social protection and contributing to an overarching framework for strengthening policy and practice in this domain.
