This webinar shared the experiences of new monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems for social policies. Using Brazil and Mexico as examples, this study examined the persistent challenges in the process of developing a legal framework that would promote an M&E system, the key questions when planning and implementing such evaluations, and how to discuss all the possibilities and limitations of this process.
