This webinar presented the ISPA tools and their role in supporting countries social protection systems. The ISPA tools provide a unified set of definitions, outcome metrics and performance criteria that allow countries to identify strengths and weaknesses of social protection systems and programmes. This event was part of the ISPA Tool Series.
